Account Registration Help
Use the "Previous - Next" buttons at the bottom of the screen to move through the application. The tabs on the left show you where you are in completing your application.
You must answer the questions on all screens before submitting your application. Once you have answered all questions, click the "Submit" button in the lower right corner to send your application to the WCB - Alberta.
All fields marked by " * " are mandatory.
You are required to enter either a street address (corresponding to "Street Number", "Street Name", and "Street Type") or a rural address or post box (corresponding to "Delivery Mode" and "PO Box or Route Number"). Consider the sample addresses listed below.

If the operations where most of your company's work activity takes place are located separate from your billing address, enter one or more location addresses. You should also add a location address if your billing address uses information (such as a post office box number) that cannot be linked to a particular location.
Click on the Add Location Address button to add a location address. Fill out the address fields, then press the OK button to save the new location address. Press Add Location Address again to add another address. Press Cancel to cancel your changes.
Once you have saved a location address, click the button to make changes or the button to remove an address.
