Zoning compliance is required for all projects that create, increase, extend, or expand a permitted use. The Zoning Administrator will review, follow-up, and/or approve site plans only after a permit application is submitted. Short Term Rentals are permitted as a Special Land Use (upon Planning Commission approval) in the following districts, under certain conditions: R-2 (Medium Density Residential), R-3 (High Density Residential), and NC (Neighborhood Service Commercial). Please review the ordinance and zoning map for details. Residential rental registration and inspection is required for all non-homestead residential properties.
